Classwork:
Mr. Oncay has to miss today.

• Pick up the Chapter 3 active reading sheet.
• Go to the computer lab.
• Find conjunctions in the media (news and magazine articles).  Follow these directions.  You must finish by the end of the period.
• If you finish that, you can try the comma exercise that Mr. Oncay created.  Here’s the link. Or you can start on your homework.

Read all of Ch. 3 (only 15 pages) and do the active reading sheet.

Tuesday

Check in about yesterday’s online assignment.
Continue Grammar #7.
Homework:
Grammar worksheet #7 – numbers TBA in class.
Don’t forget the research card assignment (need 10 in each section OR MORE), and I would suggest at least 45 note cards by Friday.
